搶與玫瑰新專輯 - 民主中國 (Chinese Democracy)

前幾年在MTV音樂獎有出來一下的槍與玫瑰，
不，應該是說主唱AXL的槍與玫瑰‧‧‧
因為音樂理念不和(？)所以團員相繼離團，
除了吉他手Slash組了蛇窩(有來台灣兩次喔)
還有後來Slash，Duff McKagan，Matt Sorum
另組的絲絨手槍(真的好聽)受到樂迷歡迎。
所以失去重量級團員的Axl Rose要怎麼撐下去
也是很多樂迷關注的焦點。

消失了10年，回來的Axl Rose居然以饒舌歌手
的姿態回來？毒舌的老美還說他這樣子很像得
到白化症的牙買加人‧‧‧以前的離子燙帥氣
主唱已經不見了。舊團員對此照型完全沒發表
意見‧‧‧

文章名稱叫做 "紐約時報：每個人心裡住一個藝術家，65歲想做的事移到現在做"

上周五的那篇「我們天天出創業家」在信箱收到不少關心，我寫得可能太偏了些，比較之下，《紐約時報》周末的一篇文章，寫出了另外一個方向。這篇文章出在這星期，剛好是2008年再幾天就到尾巴及2009年快來，所有媒體報導只要講到2009年，絕對不離多慘、多靜、多詭譎、多不安…不然就是作一些虛虛的喊話，讓人看了只會更驚慌！這時候，讀了這篇看似平淡的《紐約時報》報導，讓人找到一個唯一有道理、安心的實地地板──

這篇報導，提到了許多被裁員減薪的白領，開始「把副業變正業」。

你說，其實上期《壹週刊》也提過類似案例，寫到一位在竹科大廠工作的女生，原本投資開早餐店，現在她也開始親身到早餐店幫忙，原本的「旁項」被逼著變成「正項」……。不過，美國這邊傳來的案例，還又要更特別一點！《紐約時報》這篇報導在探討的是，當大家「旁項」變「正項」，真的覺得很勉強嗎？還是吁了一口氣，得到了以前從未得到的快樂？

以《紐約時報》的案例，不是必須回去經營早餐店。這些「副業變正業」的「副業」，都是一些藝術方面的工作，包括演戲、寫作、唱歌、畫作、攝影、拍戲……。受訪者都認為，從白領的坐辦公室階級，跑來做這些黑手的藝術工作，雖然在財務上很是吃緊，但在心理上的回饋真是無限大！

他們等於把人生倒過來活。原本是65歲才想幹的夢想，現在先把它做完，反而更早一點，實、現、夢、想！

《紐約時報》提到幾個案例：

有個在摩根史坦利小摩工作的執行總監，平日在幫忙募避險基金，晚上還因為興趣在戲院打工。今年二月，他的公司宣布一批資遣，把他給送出去了，這傢伙想了一想，決定不再找工作，把晚上的工作變成正職，這位37歲的銀行家跑來做一些幽默的表演工作，也因為副業變本業、兼職變全職，反而把他的脫口秀功夫練得更好！後來在芝加哥活動中也擔任主要演出。

還有一個前高盛副總裁，在八月遭到資遣，然後他竟然開始寫…「劇本」，他甚至也用他的積蓄，直接開設了一間影片製作公司，這位副總裁在開了這間公司後，不知成果如何，但他竟然仍表示他自覺很幸運有這麼一條路可走。

另外還有一個38歲的傢伙，幹到一間不具名的投資銀行的副總裁，然後不幸被遣散了，他今年開始寫一本關於猶太人住在南非的長篇小說，希望能宣揚他自己的一些想法。

在德意志銀行也有位37歲的總監，現在他也跑出來做笑話即興表演。

還有其他人，想當廚師的、當雕刻家的…。通通都出來了！

為了解釋這個現象，《紐約時報》報導還引用了多倫多大學教授積進的分析，認為目前人類的經濟建築在金錢與浮誇價值之上，大家被麻醉的去追求，但事實上，真正讓人類有價值的還是「人本創意」(human creativity)，這些對於經濟體的價值不明，也就是說，未來這些人是否能成功成為公司，並不明朗，但是，至少我們身邊的生活會產生很大的改變，我們所住的城市以及每日的活動也會產生一些改變。

他們也引用了美國的人力專家的話，分析這個「被資遣卻很happy」的案例指出，這場風暴已讓整個職涯的「心理」產生重大改變。大家會開始覺得，全世界都在資遣，大家都被資遣，所有的職缺都冰封，所以，省省力氣，2009年是一個「防禦年」，這時候反而可以幹一些奇特的工作，並沒有什麼壓力！這些工作，是原本要留到60歲以後才做的工作。注意，不是旅行喔，而是「工作」。

的確，電視上看到，某位最近很喜歡看的媒體名人，竟在鏡頭前暢談「她被資遣」，除了感歎「大家都被資遣」，最重要的是，「大家竟然都敢談被資遣」，而且觀眾感覺得出來，在談的時候竟然有一種充滿希望，很愉快的感覺，好像還有一個「Ｂ計畫」在後面醞釀，迫不及待想要做！

是什麼事情讓大家這麼高興的想要做？

總結是，每個人心裡都住著一位藝術家。

現在你可能正職有工作，有自己的目標，但最後如果還要你講一句話，你會說：如果可以的話…我希望能出一個攝影展。我們知道，那是不可能的，平常有一個長鏡頭相機，但買來就沒有在拍。周末累得要死，帶老婆小孩出門應該也是拿傻瓜的拍一拍就好，要搞個攝影展不知何時的事！你心中可能有一齣劇，偶爾洗澡的時候想一想，浪漫一下，聽到哪首美曲，整個人輕飄起來，馬上文思泉湧，但要寫一本長篇愛情史詩，看來還要等到很久以後的事…。

你平常可能玩樂團，但年齡漸長，周末團員都要陪家人，大家又有事業要忙，總要回歸現實，所以有一天希望好好坐下好好的做一首曲子，和觀眾互動，也得等到大家都ｏｋ的一天。

《紐約時報》說，今年來了。今年就是一個充滿藝術氣息的一年！

準備一下今年的生活費，然後，毫不猶豫的去先活你的「第65歲」，說不定，以這個35歲的精力、健康，來玩一玩原本應該屬於65歲的夢想，反而可將這個夢想做到很大很大，到了2010年，無論成果如何，我們的生命都會謝謝我們幫它所做的轉彎吧。
